Set includes duvet cover or comforter and two adult pillowcases. Does not include sheets.
ORDER PROCESS
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this, please feel free to check in. If you do receive this, rest assured your order has started the production process. I know it feels like a long time, but we won't be in touch after this point until we are ready to ship, unless of course we have any questions. Once we package your items, you will receive an email with tracking.
PRODUCTION METHODS
All of our crib bedding, linen nursery accessories, & big kid bedding are handmade in the USA. Our wallpaper, wall art, & bathroom accessories are custom printed to order in the USA. All clothing & some room decor items are made in China, we try to note this in the description whenever possible.
PRODUCTION TIME
Most of the products in our shop are made to order. Please allow 12 weeks production time for your order. We do try to get crib sets out within 8 weeks but it can take up to 12 weeks in some circumstances. If you need it sooner, just ask & we would love to work with you! Exceptions: Clothing orders ship within 2-3 weeks. Room Accessories marked 'Made in China' will ship within 2-3 weeks. This is an estimate, and we do our best to keep it accurate. We will try to contact you (via email supplied) if we expect any further delay on your order.
SHIPPING INFO
Your order may be shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex, or USPS Priority, no signature required unless requested. You may ship to any address, but we do require your credit card billing address to process payment. We will contact you with tracking info when your order is shipping so you can be on the lookout! Shipping insurance is available upon request. *Please note, your order may arrive in several different packages. If you need them sent in one package, please notify us!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of the products, we do not accept returns on crib bedding, wall art, or any other printed to order item (please ask if you are unsure!). However, we stand behind our products and any quality issues will be dealt with to your satisfaction, through repairs or replacements. Other items (not made to order) will be eligible for a return within 30 days, please see individual listing for details or contact us with any specific questions. Production begins once payment is received, so there can be no cancellations after this point. If you make a mistake while placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to get it corrected for you. Please understand that colors on computer monitors may differ and we cannot be responsible for any discrepancies. Feel free to contact us before an order is placed, if you need more information regarding the color of an item. We do offer to custom print swatches if you need to be 100% certain on colors before placing an order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Yes, we ship internationally! Anywhere in the world actually. If you feel the shipping calculator is not correct, feel free to contact us for verification so we can be sure! Please note that cribs and changing pad covers will differ slightly in size within each country. It is very important that you leave your crib information (brand and exact model, preferably a web link to your exact crib) and changing pad dimensions in the 'cart notes' during checkout. This will ensure your product will fit! We will try our best to contact you for any further information needed.
