PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

All fabric items and most art prints (unless listed as Ready to Ship) are custom made just for you, this allows you to add on any upgrades or accessories you prefer. Production begins once payment is received, so there can be no cancellations after this point. If you make a mistake while placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to get it corrected for you.

Current production time for these items is generally 7-8 weeks. Items other than crib bedding will have a production time within the listing and is generally 1-2 weeks. This is an estimate, and we do our best to keep it accurate. We will try to contact you (via email supplied) if we expect any further delay on your order. If you are in a pinch, we do offer a 3 week rush production with all the crib sets, available during checkout. 

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority, no signature required unless requested. You may ship to any address, but we do require your credit card billing address to process payment. We will contact you when your order is shipping so you can be on the lookout! Shipping insurance is available upon request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of the products, we do not accept returns on crib bedding or wall art. However, we stand behind our products and any quality issues will be dealt with to your satisfaction, through repairs or replacements. Other items (not customized) will be eligible for a return within 30 days, please see individual listing for details or contact us with any specific questions.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction and will be happy to exchange most items (excluding Personalized products) if they are not what you expected. Please understand that colors on computer monitors may differ and we cannot be responsible for any discrepancies. Feel free to contact us before an order is placed, if you need more information regarding the color of an item. We do offer to custom print swatches if you need to be 100% certain on colors before placing an order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 Yes, we ship internationally! Anywhere in the world actually. If you feel the shipping calculator is not correct, feel free to contact us for verification so we can be sure! 

Please note that cribs and changing pad covers will differ slightly in size within each country. It is very important that you leave your crib information (brand and exact model, preferably a web link to your exact crib) and changing pad dimensions in the 'cart notes' during checkout. This will ensure your product will fit! We will try our best to contact you for any further information needed.
